Raid loot value
"Big loot raid" is a feeling. "EV per hour above break-even" is a plan. Five numbers, one honest verdict on any farming route.

Quick answer
Profit per raid = (extraction rate × loot per extract) − amortized kit cost. If you can't state both sides of that equation for your usual route, run the raid loot EV and kit budget tools once — it takes five minutes and changes how you pick maps.
The five numbers
- Loot per extract — your honest average, weighted by drop chance (EV tool).
- Extraction rate — the multiplier on everything; a 10-point rate gain usually beats any loot route change.
- Amortized kit cost — kit × death rate; the silent tax on premium loadouts (budget tool).
- EV per hour — raid time is inventory; compare routes per hour, never per raid.
- Break-even loot — the extract value where profit is zero; know it per kit.
What the math says about routes
- High-value/high-death routes can lose to boring routes once deaths are priced in.
- Loot untouched by a failed extract is worth exactly zero — extraction discipline is loot discipline.
- Value density matters more than total loot: extracting early with a full bag beats dying rich.
